 For Twenty-Five days, I kept tract of everyhing I ate.  Recording Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and excerise. By doing so I hope to avoid underestimating the amount of food I eat and keeping tract of amount of excerise I need in my life.  "Research shows that people who keep a food and exercise journal eat less and exercise more."

Each week I came up with a health and wellness goal.  Planning out my stragety to carry out my goal at the beginning of the week and returning to critic my weaknesses and strengths at the end.  Planning out smaller goals can help accomplish and reach my overall goal of health and fitness.
